Stuckeman Architecture alumna is one of four selected for the AIA Thesis Showcase

["Please join the AIA","DC Emerging Architects Committee for the fifth annual Thesis Showcase where the four winners of the international competition will present their B.Arch and M.Arch design thesis dissertations to members of the AIA and the public.\n\nAmong the four winners of the\u00a0AIA","DC\u00a0Thesis Showcase this year\u00a0is Lindsay Mae Connelly, who received her B.Arch and M.S. in Architecture from the Penn State Stuckeman School. Her thesis, entitled \"The Hereafter: A Mortuary and Museum,\" will be the subject of her presentation and will also be included in the\u00a0exhibit for the entire month of September 2018.<\/span>\n\nThe event is on Tuesday, September 11, 2018\u00a0from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Distrcit Architecture Center (421 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20004).\n\nIt is free and open to the public although it requires a registration<\/a>.\n\nBefore and after the presentations there will be a networking reception with drinks and snacks, to engage with the presenters and attendees.<\/em>"]
