Leadership Centre County is a non-profit organization that helps increase the pool of community leaders by networking and education of current and emerging leaders. Participants enroll in a nine-month program of activities providing special information on Centre County history and services as well as enhancing team building, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

The graphic design intern for Leadership Centre County will have a wide range of responsibilities that will include the following:

  • Update and create brochures, newsletters, and social media materials;
  • Create a portfolio of materials to market our Transformational Leaders Series Workshops;
  • Assist in the design review and planning of our website redesign;
  • Design invitations and fundraising literature and create presentation materials to be used in class recruitment, to secure sponsors, and to explain the mission and accomplishments of Leadership Centre County.

We encourage interns to brainstorm about ways they can use their talents to assist Leadership Centre County. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Adobe Suite, as we use InDesign to create a majority of our marketing materials.

This is an unpaid internship. The internship requires a time commitment of approximately 8-10 hours each week during the spring of 2020. Some of these projects can be done outside the office.
