We are a growing, experienced, category-defying firm that is breaking through boundaries between industries. We are redefining how to build a home – designing at the intersection of land acquisition, development, design, construction, product procurement, project fulfillment, marketing, and sales.
We work with an international and diverse clientele, guiding our clients through the entire project—from finding a site to specifying items from finishing to furniture – culminating in a stunning prefabricated home, delivered and assembled on-site.

You have:
  • 7-plus years’ experience preparing construction documents
  • a professional degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Excel
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating consultants
  • a strong design vocabulary

  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
A typical day with us:
  • Creating project schedules and coordinating with clients, consultants, and staff to implement them
  • Presenting designs to clients via online screen-share meetings
  • Overseeing, reviewing, and participating in the creation of complete sets of construction documents
  • Researching building codes, construction techniques, materials, industry standards, and local regulations
  • Traveling to perform site visits (across Canada and the US)
  • Participating in a collaborative studio culture
