As an important member of this collaborative environment, the Project Architect is responsible for managing the project team along with all phases and aspects of the design process. In addition, the candidate should possess the following:
  • Understanding of design and documentation process within budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of codes.
  • Knowledge of detailing and construction methods.
  • Ability to work in AutoCAD release 2013-2015 and REVIT 2013-2015.
  • Capability to review and coordinate engineering documents for compliance with Architectural design documentation.
  • Creative, problem-solving skill set.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, as well as written and graphic communications excellence.
  • Architectural degree from an accredited program.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
