AquaTerra Outdoors, located in Plano, Texas (Dallas Metroplex) is a full service, award winning design/build firm specializing in creating personalized environments for families passionate about outdoor living.
 
We work in a fast paced environment and are seeking talented interns who crave learning new skills and aren’t afraid to tackle large projects. As an intern, you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that will help you and AquaTerra grow.
 
What you will learn:
  • Process of site analysis and landscape design of single family residential projects
  • Aquatic structure design and construction documentation
  • Permitting and construction documentation of outdoor structures and aquatic structures
  • Project management and construction administration
 
What we require:
  • Background in Landscape Architecture
  • Creative and Flexible
  • Familiarity with AutoCad, Sketchup and other design software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize time sensitive assignments
  • Interest in residential landscape design
