OLIN is dedicated to affecting positive change through landscape architecture, urban design and planning. We are advocates for the artful creation and transformation of the public realm, and design a range of projects across the globe, including museums, academic and corporate campuses, civic parks, plazas and intimate gardens. Some of our award-winning designs include Bryant Park in New York, The J. Paul Getty Center in Los Angeles, and The Barnes Museum in Philadelphia. OLIN is the recipient of the National Design Award from the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.

We are currently seeking highly motivated Landscape Architects to work in our Philadelphia studio, located in vibrant Center City adjacent to Independence Historic National Park.

As a Landscape Architect at OLIN you will generate design options that support the vision of Design Partners for high-profile, complex projects in the urban realm while interacting with team members in a collaborative and engaging way. Additional responsibilities include assisting or acting as the project manager in the development, documentation and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects which may include managing the financial aspects of each project, contract administration, managing and mentoring project teams, interfacing with clients and coordinating consultant teams.

Skills Required:  You must possess excellent communication skills and have demonstrated production experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Proficiency with REVIT is a plus.

Education Requirements: Completion of a BLA, BSLA or MLA from an accredited program in landscape architecture is preferred. Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant experience and active licensure in landscape architecture is required.
